  • 05Investigate and resolve discrepancies in merchant transaction data, settlements, and chargebacks.
  • 06Support in preparing monthly regulatory reports to SAMA and other relevant authorities in a timely manner.
  • 07Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • 08Handle merchant financial inquiries and claims related to settlements, collections, and discrepancies.
  • 09Monitor merchant balances and ensure accurate disbursement of payouts.
  • 10Participate in system testing and enhancement projects for FinTech accounting and settlement modules.
