  • 01Lead and coordinate well maintenance, well integrity testing, and well repair operations to ensure reliability and compliance.<br>
  • 02Develop and maintain well operations & maintenance (O&M) strategies aligned with production targets, integrity expectations, and QGMS.<br>
  • 03Ensure adherence to well integrity requirements, including SCP management, leak
  • 04off testing, annulus pressure monitoring, and wellhead/Xmas tree maintenance.</li> <li><strong>Operational support for offshore assets</strong><br>
  • 05Work closely with offshore operations teams (NFB & RGA) to support safe and efficient execution of well activities.<br>
  • 06Provide technical support to offshore teams, contractors, and OEM vendors for well related operations.<br>
  • 07Ensure all well operations are executed following approved procedures and safety standards.</li> <li><strong>Emergency response & troubleshooting</strong><br>
  • 08Respond to well operational emergencies (pressure anomalies, mechanical failures, integrity issues) to minimize safety and financial impact.<br>
  • 09cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for well integrity or operational deviations.</li> <li><strong>Technical evaluation & continuous improvement</strong><br>
  • 10Review and evaluate OEM and SME technical reports and assess opportunities for improvement and optimization.<br>
  • 11Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing work processes, maintenance practices, and efficiency.<br>
  • 12Support internal and external audits related to well operations and integrity management.</li> <li><strong>Work program planning</strong><br>
