  • 01The Technical Business Analyst acts as the critical bridge between business objectives and technical AI execution. This role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of AI
  • 02Your responsibilities as the Technical Business Analyst include:
  • 03Facilitation of workshops and interviews to gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear AI specifications for data inputs and model outputs.
  • 04Partnering with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to validate the feasibility of AI use cases and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
  • 05specific test strategies, including model validation, bias detection, and performance benchmarking to ensure accuracy and fairness.
  • 06Developing tailored training materials and user manuals to help staff understand AI confidence scores, outputs, and system limitations.

المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — What we need you to have:
  • — A Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration.
  • — A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional business analysis.
  • — A proven track record of supporting AI/ML project lifecycles, specifically in requirement documentation and UAT support.
  • — Experience navigating regulatory compliance and data governance within a financial services environment.
  • — Proven ability to convert vague business needs into precise technical metrics and performance benchmarks for AI systems.
  • — Experience in model validation techniques and a strong understanding of how to detect anomalies or bias in AI behavior.
  • — Expertise in maintaining detailed audit trails, versioning, and decision logic documentation for AI models.
