- 01Provide individualized classroom support to students with special needs.
- 02Assist students in completing academic tasks while ensuring engagement and comprehension.
- 03Implement, adapt, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in alignment with each student’s learning profile.
- 04Support the development of students’ social, emotional, behavioral, and communication skills.
- 05Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and multidisciplinary team members to foster an inclusive learning environment.
- 06Observe, document, and report student progress, including academic performance and behavioral data.
- 07Participate in parent
- 08teacher meetings, case conferences, and team planning sessions.
- 09Maintain regular and professional communication with parents and relevant stakeholders regarding student progress and challenges.
- 10Stay informed of current best practices, research, and evidence
- 11based strategies in special education.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- — Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- — of experience working with children with special needs in an educational setting.
- — Strong understanding of learning disabilities, behavioral challenges, and evidence
- — based interventions.
- — Proven experience in IEP implementation and progress monitoring.
- — Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- — Demonstrated patience, empathy, professionalism, and a strong commitment to student success
