  • 01Are you a confident leader with strong situational awareness and a commitment to safety? We are looking for a
  • 02who will oversee daily security operations, lead the security team, and ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, colleagues, and hotel assets.
  • 03A little taste of your day
  • 04Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
  • 05Supervising daily security operations across the hotel premises.
  • 06Leading, briefing, and allocating duties to Security Guards and Officers.
  • 07Monitoring CCTV systems, access control, and alarm systems.
  • 08Conducting regular patrols and inspections of guest areas, public spaces, and back
  • 09Responding to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • 10Coordinating emergency response, evacuations, and drills in line with hotel procedures.
  • 11Preparing incident reports, logs, and shift handover documentation.
  • 12Ensuring compliance with hotel security policies, SOPs, and local regulations.
