  • 01Design Support: Assist in the preparation and development of architectural designs and concepts for a variety of projects (residential, commercial, mixed
  • 02Technical Documentation: Prepare drawings, specifications, and presentations under the guidance of senior architects. Support the preparation of tender documents and assist in design reviews.
  • 033D Modelling & Visualization: Develop 3D models and architectural visualizations using software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM.
  • 04Site Coordination: Assist in coordination between design and construction teams, ensuring that designs are correctly implemented at the site level.
  • 05Client Liaison: Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring that architectural designs meet their requirements, budget, and timelines.
  • 06Research & Innovation: Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the design process.
  • 07Sustainability: Contribute to sustainable design strategies, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and local regulations.
  • 08Bachelor'S or Master's degree in Project Management from a recognized university.
  • 0912 years of professional experience in project / program management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • 10Knowledge of BIM tools and processes is a plus.
  • 11Strong conceptual and technical design abilities, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • 12Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present ideas and designs.
