- — Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
- — Proficiency in project management software
- — Understanding of relevant laws and regulations in the construction industry
- — Should have experience in building villa hotels
- — Candidates with Hotel/Resorts Projects experience is added advantage.
