المهام الرئيسية
  • 01: Product Development & Project management: Serve as the primary technical contact for soap bar and noodle development across all markets, addressing formulation
  • 02related queries and defining product specifications. Lead the formulation development of various types of bar soaps in alignment with business
  • 03· To be the driving force in the development of new products, ranges, adding to existing ranges by extending the number of SKUs, and instrumental in automation or labor saving techniques.
  • 04· To ensure proper market information is received from the local sales and export department so that we can ensure any new product/ range developed is competitive from the start.
  • 05· Ensure equipment on commissioning performs against expectations. If not, need to correct or get compensation on performance levels.
  • 06· To conceptualize/ envision new designs/ materials and changes to current product standards to meet changing market needs.
  • 07· To design major components or major portions of a functional system to develop or improve products and facilitate manufacturing operations.
  • 08· To work with a cross functional team to develop new products and/or improve existing/ current products.

المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — 10 years of working experience in Personal care Category Qualification: Masters Degree
  • — · Male; 35 to 45 years old
  • — · Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Polymer)
  • — Diploma in Plastic
  • — · Experienced in product development, product re

  • — · Technically sound, creative, innovative, methodical, efficient, and accurate
  • — · Experienced in setting up plant, project analysis and implementation
المؤهلات المفضّلة
  • — · At least 5 years in handling product development and research and development, quality assurance in the plastic/ polymer and aluminium industry an added advantage
