- 01Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers
- 02Source required materials and obtain the best possible pricing
- 03Negotiate prices and commercial terms with suppliers
- 04Prepare and issue quotations to clients as per company guidelines
- 05Coordinate internally to ensure timely procurement and order processing ⸻ Eligibility /
- 06Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
- 07Perform buying duties when necessary.
- 08Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
- 09Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.
- 10Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
- 11Approve and pay bills.
- 12Maintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting purchases, and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and to vendors.

- — Minimum qualification: 12th grade (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
