  • 01Oversee and manage the day
  • 02day operations of Baraha Town, ensuring smooth functioning of residential, retail, and common areas in alignment with the direction of the General Manager.
  • 03Implement approved operational plans, policies, and procedures to maintain service standards, efficiency, and asset performance.
  • 04Supervise facilities management activities, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance programs are effectively executed and infrastructure reliability is maintained.
  • 05Manage and monitor third
  • 06party contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels and reporting performance outcomes.
  • 07Prepare and recommend annual operational budgets for review and approval; monitor expenditure and control costs within approved limits.
  • 08Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • 09Oversee tenant lifecycle management, including onboarding, renewals, compliance monitoring, and dispute resolution, safeguarding lease integrity and community standards.
  • 10Promote tenant satisfaction and retention initiatives, while escalating significant disputes or legal matters.
  • 11Coordinate with finance on rent collection follow
  • 12ups and provide regular updates on occupancy, tenant performance, and operational matters.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10 years’ experience in property operations and tenant relations.
  • Experience in mixed
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management and lease administration.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
