  • 01Position Title: Operations Manager
  • 02Protective Coatings and Concrete Repair Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 28K AED all
  • 03Implement, schedule, and perform regular inspections of equipment and tools and maintain tracking records.
  • 04Act as a technical and operational point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Facilitate issue resolution, change management, and technical clarifications.
  • 05Forecast and obtain work/access permits from appropriate authorities through the project’s coordinator.
  • 06Male, 45 years old or below
  • 07Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Materials Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 08Strong technical expertise in surface preparation, epoxy/polyurethane systems, and structural concrete repair
  • 09Proven experience managing multiple project teams and coordinating field operations
