المهام الرئيسية
  • 01Manage office operations, facilities, supplier relationships, and service contracts. Oversee compliance with local legislation, licensing, filing, and health & safety
  • 02Administrative & Facility Management
  • 03Manage daily office operations and ensure uninterrupted functionality
  • 04Supervise office supplies, equipment, maintenance, and inventory
  • 05Liaise with property management (cleaning, HVAC, utilities, maintenance)
  • 06Handle ad hoc assignments from leadership
  • 07Document & Workflow Control
  • 08Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • 09Maintain proper document filing and archiving (contracts, official documents)
  • 10Prepare internal memos and letters as required
  • 11Vendor & Supplier Coordination
  • 12Coordinate with vendors (stationery, courier, catering, services)
المؤهلات المطلوبة

  • 5 years experience in office administration or management. Proven track record in supervising office staff and managing administrative functions.

  • Professional communication skills (English required)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Pay: AED6,000.00
  • AED8,000.00 per month
المؤهلات المفضّلة
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., Office Management, Project Management) are a plus. Minimum of 3
  • Previous experience as Office Manager / Administrator (UAE experience preferred)
  • Immediate joining preferred
