  • 03Manage and supervise all night shift operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and security.
  • 04Conduct night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial reporting and resolving any discrepancies.
  • 05Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • 06Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff during night hours.

  • 08Coordinate with other departments to address any issues that arise during the night
  • 09Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and back
  • 10Train and mentor night shift staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork

المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — Proven experience as a Night Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • — Excellent track record in front office operations and procedures
  • — Proficiency in hotel management software, preferably Opera or similar systems
  • — Understanding of Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
  • — Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
  • — Exceptional problem
  • — solving abilities and decision
  • — Outstanding customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor

  • — Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
