المهام الرئيسية
  • 01monitoring of network infrastructure
  • 02(routers, switches, microwave, fiber links, base stations, servers, etc.) using tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or HP NNMi.
  • 03Acknowledge and log network alerts
  • 04and create incident tickets in systems like ServiceNow or Remedy.
  • 05initial troubleshooting
  • 06— ping, traceroute, interface check, port status, and connectivity testing.
  • 07Escalate unresolved or critical incidents
  • 08to NOC L2 or Field Engineers as per escalation matrix.
  • 09link performance, latency, and bandwidth utilization
  • 10Coordinate with vendors, field teams, and clients
  • 11to ensure timely fault resolution.
  • 12incident logs, shift reports, and network documentation
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — Bachelor’s degree in
  • — Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • — CCNA / CompTIA Network+ / JNCIA or equivalent entry
  • — level certification.
