  • 01Lead the internal audit function for development projects, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • 02Design and implement audit plans and methodologies to assess risks associated with development projects.
  • 03Conduct thorough audits, analyze findings, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance processes and controls.
  • 04Collaborate closely with project managers and departmental heads to facilitate audit processes and ensure effective implementation of recommendations.
  • 05Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and the board, highlighting key findings, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • 06Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing and real estate development.
  • 07Mentor and guide junior auditors, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the audit team.
  • 08Coordinate or direct development, energy assessment, engineering, or construction activities to ensure that wind project needs and objectives are met.
  • 09Manage wind project costs to stay within budget limits.
  • 10Lead or support negotiations involving tax agreements or abatements, power purchase agreements, land use, or interconnection agreements.
  • 11Create wind energy project plans, including project scope, goals, tasks, resources, schedules, costs, contingencies, or other project information.
  • 12Supervise the work of subcontractors or consultants to ensure quality and conformance to specifications or budgets.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — Minimum of 9 to 12 years of experience in internal auditing, with a focus on real estate development or similar industries.
  • — Proven experience in leading audit projects and developing audit plans.
  • — Strong understanding of internal audit standards, risk management practices, and relevant regulations.
  • — Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a detail

  • — Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • — Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to mentor and coach team members.
  • — Proficient in audit software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.
