- 01Oversee daily operations and maintenance of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- 02Coordinate technicians and contractors for planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- 03Understand and manage SLAs, KPIs, and asset lifecycle management.
- 04Review and ensure implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.
- 05Monitor system performance using BMS (Building Management System) and CMMS platforms.
- 06Serve as the primary technical liaison between the facilities management team and the client’s representatives.
- 07Attend regular client meetings to discuss maintenance activities, ongoing issues, and upcoming projects.
- 08Provide timely updates, technical reports, and recommendations to clients.
- 09Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and coordinating effective solutions.
- 10Conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports, CAPA, and HSE reports; ensure compliance with safety standards and FM industry best practices.
- 11Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 12Minimum 5 years of hands

- — Experience in Industrial Automation

- — BE Electrical Engineering
- — & Skills: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. 3
- — 5 years of experience in plant maintenance. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems. Familiarity with TPM, Lean Manufacturing principles. Strong troubleshooting and problem
