  • 01 Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders, couriers, and
  • 02 Ensure accurate shipping documentation, including HS code validation and customs
  • 03 Track deliveries and update shipment data in the WMS system.
  • 04 Monitor stock receiving, inter
  • 05warehouse transfers, and inventory accuracy.
  • 06 Negotiate freight rates and coordinate duty payments with Finance and logistics partners.
  • 07 Maintain compliance with import/export laws and relevant platforms (FASAH, SADAD,
  • 08 Visit relevant authorities as needed and escalate issues directly, especially with SFDA and
  • 09SABER in Saudi Arabia.
  • 10 Provide shipment status updates and generate reports on key logistics KPIs.
  • 11 Identify cost and process optimization opportunities across logistics operations.
  • 12end import and export operations (specifically here for fashion & Sports products )
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • —  Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • — 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations.
  • —  Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance processes, and ERP systems.
  • —  Excellent communication, analytical, and problem
  • — solving skills.
  • —  Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with logistics tools is a plus.
  • — oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • —  Arabic speaking is required, with a strong command of English.
