- 01end import process. Manage freight forwarders (Sea/Air/Land) to ensure cost
- 02effective and timely shipments from international suppliers to UAE ports (Jebel Ali / Khalifa Port).
- 03Customs & Compliance:
- 04Handle all documentation for UAE Customs clearance. You must be familiar with HS Codes, duty rates, and exemption processes to avoid demurrage and delays.
- 05Manage the Al Ain warehouse operations. Implement stock tracking systems to ensure optimal levels of engineering spares and trading materials.
- 06Procurement Support:
- 07Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to forecast demand and negotiate pricing/terms with international suppliers.
- 08Logistics Coordination:
- 09Organize local transportation for the movement of goods from ports to Al Ain and subsequent delivery to client sites across the UAE.
- 10continuously monitor freight rates and logistics costs to improve the company’s margins.
