  • 01and tasks assigned by Head of Legal Department are part of the job Develop an action plan and an annual program with timeline for compliance with Corporate Governance Rules, to follow
  • 02Warn violators of infractions or penalties.
  • 03Evaluate applications, records, or documents to gather information about eligibility or liability issues.
  • 04Advise licensees or other individuals or groups concerning licensing, permit, or passport regulations.
  • 05Prepare reports of activities, evaluations, recommendations, or decisions.
  • 06Report law or regulation violations to appropriate boards or agencies.
  • 07Confer with or interview officials, technical or professional specialists, or applicants to obtain information or to clarify facts relevant to licensing decisions.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — CCB) . Strong technical knowledge of compliance regulations and requirements, experience within a highly complex, financial institution, regulator or related industry participant.
المؤهلات التعليمية
  • — Bachelor's degree
