  • 01This position includes but does not limit to the following:
  • 02· Draft, review, and prepare legal documents related to real estate transactions, including contracts, agreements, memoranda, and correspondence.
  • 03· Organize and maintain legal files, databases, and documentation systems for efficient retrieval and storage of real estate investment information.
  • 04· Monitor legal and regulatory compliance requirements specific to real estate investments in Kuwait and international markets.
  • 05· Support the review and management of real estate contracts, including tracking key dates and facilitating contract execution processes.
  • 06· Assist in the preparation of legal and management reports and presentations related to real estate investment opportunities and market trends.
  • 07· Coordinate with external legal counsel and real estate professionals as needed.
  • 08· Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting minutes for the legal team.
  • 09· Conduct preliminary legal research on real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions in Kuwait and target international markets.
  • 10· Assist in due diligence processes for potential real estate acquisitions and development projects
  • 11day admin functions & operations of the Legal department.
  • 12· Process and track legal work.
