المهام الرئيسية
  • 01Be familiar with the project’s contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health and safety measures together with any associated updates.
  • 02Have sound knowledge and experience in relevant Ministry of Works and Authority construction standards.
  • 03Ensure the contractor/s compliance with the standards and specifications of the contract documents.
  • 04Undertake all site supervision and inspections when required or instructed by the Resident Engineer (RE) or the Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE).
  • 05Liaise and daily follow up with the contractor. This is to ensure the contractor is managing its resources, health and safety, and equipment needs on the site.
  • 06Follow up and implement any site instructions made by the RE and ARE.
  • 07Apply and implement all quality controls and quality procedures of the site.
  • 08Prepare any site measurements and surveying checks needed by the RE or ARE for pipes alignments and levels.
  • 09operate with Ministry of Works or similar Authority staff during their site inspections in or without the presence of the RE or ARE as necessary.
  • 10Monitor contractor QA/QC activities and maintain relevant records.
  • 11Assist the ARE and RE in the preparation of any correspondences in compliance with the contract documents.
  • 12Where site problems are found, work with the RE or ARE to resolve them promptly.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — Specific Skills Required
  • — Well experienced in the construction of bridge structures, earthworks and road works.
  • — Experience in working on infrastructure projects on civil engineering elements
  • — High level critical thinking skills.
  • — High level of numerical skills.
  • — Strong English communication skills.
  • — Must have ability to utilise computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc.
  • — Minimum of 12 years’ experience in bridges and infrastructure type projects is required, candidates must have experience in construction or construction supervision with similar job duties
