Examine, evaluate, and investigate eligibility for or conformity with laws and regulations governing contract compliance of licenses and permits, and perform other compliance and enforcement inspection and analysis activities not classified elsewhere. - 01HR & Employment Compliance (Core Responsibility):
- 02Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding in compliance with
- 03Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, renewals, and HR documentation
- 04Support Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance tracking and reporting
- 05Coordinate with Group HR on:

- 09Ensure HR practices align with internal governance, data protection, and audit requirements
- 10Government & Regulatory Coordination (Light GRO Scope):
- 11Act as internal liaison for Saudi government portals and regulatory requirements, including:
- 12Ministry of Commerce and Saudi Business Center
