  • 01College diploma in hotel management or related field.
  • 02Previous experience as an Guest Service Centre Supervisor in Front Office.
  • 03Excellent oral communication skills.
  • 04Experience with Front Office systems.
  • 05Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • 06Keep records required by government agencies regarding sanitation or food subsidies.
  • 07Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
  • 08Maintain food and equipment inventories, and keep inventory records.
  • 09Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner.
  • 10Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity.
  • 11Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel to ensure economical use of food and timely preparation.
  • 12Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving, and building maintenance in lodging and dining facilities.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — College diploma in hotel management or related field.
  • — Previous experience as an Guest Service Centre Supervisor in Front Office.
  • — Excellent oral communication skills.
  • — Experience with Front Office systems.
  • — Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
