  • 10Confer with other managers to identify trends or key group interests or concerns or to provide advice on business decisions.
  • 11Coach client representatives in effective communication with the public or with employees.
  • 12Study the objectives, promotional policies, or needs of organizations to develop public relations strategies that will influence public opinion or promote ideas, products, or services.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • 3 years’ experience in guest relations or front office roles within the hospitality industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict
  • resolution skills. Strong leadership abilities with experience in training and supervising a team. Proficiency in Front Office Software Detail
  • oriented and able to multitask in a fast
  • paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Proficient in English, both written and spoken
