  • 02Conduct detailed market research for target regions.
  • 03Prepare country entry business cases and present recommendations to leadership.
  • 04Regulatory & Licensing
  • 05Lead license and permit applications with local regulators and authorities.
  • 06Liaise with external consultants, legal firms, and government agencies to ensure full compliance.
  • 07Maintain a repository of entity documents and regulatory updates.
  • 08Entity Setup & Operations
  • 09Oversee entity formation, bank account openings, and hiring setup in new markets.
  • 10Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and HR to achieve go
  • 11Localization & Product Readiness
  • 12Manage localization projects, ensuring that app/website, payment methods, and customer care channels are adapted to the new country.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Economics, or related field.
  • — 6 years of experience in project management, preferably involving entity setup, compliance, or multi
  • — country operations.
  • — Exceptional project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • — Comfortable working across multiple time zones and functions.
  • — Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
