  • 11Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties.
  • 12Direct or coordinate financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — 15 years in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. Strong leadership, communication, and decision
  • — making skills. Proven track record of managing hotel operations successfully. In
  • — depth knowledge of hotel management systems, budgeting, and revenue management. Excellent organizational and problem
  • — 10 years of managerial or COO
  • — level experience
  • — Strong sales and marketing background with proven track record of revenue growth
  • — Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
  • — Based in Dubai with deep knowledge of UAE market (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah)

  • — solving abilities. Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to local cultural norms. Familiarity with the hospitality market in Bangladesh is an advantage.
