  • 05Oversee all facility management operations across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, civil works, cleaning, security, landscaping, and integrated FM services
  • 06Ensure consistent achievement of contractual KPIs and SLAs while maintaining exceptional quality standards
  • 07Design and execute annual preventive maintenance programs that optimize equipment reliability
  • 08Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to verify service delivery meets benchmarks
  • 09Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency
  • 10Ensure reliable emergency response protocols and business continuity planning Client Partnership & Account Management
  • 11Serve as senior client interface for major accounts, building trusted advisor relationships
  • 12Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with performance data and strategic recommendations

المؤهلات المفضّلة
  • — Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration (MBA), or related field highly preferred Professional Experience
  • — speaking candidates with established networks in Qatar's business and government sectors strongly preferred
  • — Certified Facility Manager (CFM) from IFMA or Facility Management Professional (FMP) highly preferred
  • — LEED Accredited Professional, Green Associate, or GSAS certification highly preferred
  • — NEBOSH International General Certificate, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent highly preferred
