  • 01Manage and develop a team of Area Managers
  • 02Lead operational teams on a shift, deal with issues, and positively impact site performance
  • 03Analyse shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve our operational excellence
  • 04Work closely with other support teams, including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security
  • 05Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.
  • 06Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products.
  • 07Direct administrative activities directly related to making products or providing services.
  • 08Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties.
  • 09Direct or coordinate financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency.
  • 10Plan or direct activities, such as sales promotions, that require coordination with other department managers.
  • 11Perform personnel functions, such as selection, training, or evaluation.
  • 12Establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with board members, organization officials, or staff members.

  • — Analyse shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve our operational excellence
  • — Work closely with other support teams, including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security
  • — 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
  • — Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
