Duty Manager

  • 01Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  • 02day operations ,Shifts particularly during peak hours, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
  • 03Lead and inspire the front desk, concierge, and guest services teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • 04Handle escalated guest issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • 05Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
  • 06Prepare and monitor accounts ensures correct account procedures are followed.
  • 07Assist in training and mentoring staff to uphold the highest hospitality standards.
  • 08Manage VIP 5* guest experiences, ensuring personalized service and attention to detail.
  • 09Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
  • 10Prepare shift reports and communicate relevant details to the management team.
  • 11Act as the main point of contact for guest concerns, requests, and complaint resolution, ensuring personalized and prompt service
  • 12Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest feedback with professionalism and discretion
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • solving mindset
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or similar
  • Work experience in Middle East in a 4
  • Work experience in supervisory roles in Front Office
  • Excellent command of English language (both Oral and Written).
  • Knowledge of the OPERA Cloud system
  • Highly organized, career and result oriented with the ability to be flexible with hours, days off, assignment and additional duties.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
المؤهلات المفضّلة
  • Arabic language will be an advantage
  • Excellent English communication skills; Fluency in additional languages is an advantage
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Front Office Operations in a luxury property preferred
