  • 01Ensure all restaurant units operate in compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • 02Conduct regular site visits to monitor cleanliness, service, product quality, and operational performance.
  • 03Implement best practices to drive efficiency and consistency across locations.
  • 04Review and analyze P&L statements for each unit to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
  • 05Set district sales, revenue, and profit goals and track progress against targets.
  • 06Develop and execute action plans to improve underperforming units.
  • 07Recruit, train, coach, and mentor store managers to ensure strong leadership at the unit level.
