  • 07Mentor junior legal staff and contribute to the development of the legal team.
  • 08Bachelor's degree in law; advanced degree or certification in corporate law is preferred.
  • 09Ideally licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia with substantial experience in corporate law.
  • 10Proven track record in handling complex corporate legal matters in a law firm or corporate environment.
  • 11Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian corporate and commercial law.
  • 128+ years of experiance
