  • 07Candidate Requirements
  • 08To be considered for this position, the following attributes are essential:
  • 09Upto 7 years PQE working as a corporate or commercial lawyer in a highly reputable private firm or large international company, with substantial experience dealing with foreign counterparties.
  • 10Strong English language skills, including the ability to negotiate, draft and review legal documents in English and to draft concise and relevant advice in English.
  • 11starting and able to manage projects to completion on schedule with minimal oversight.
  • 12Highly computer literate, particularly with regard to word processing, Power Point and online research.

  • — To be considered for this position, the following attributes are essential:

  • — Strong English language skills, including the ability to negotiate, draft and review legal documents in English and to draft concise and relevant advice in English.
  • — starting and able to manage projects to completion on schedule with minimal oversight.
  • — Highly computer literate, particularly with regard to word processing, Power Point and online research.
  • — Applicants possessing these additional qualifications are particularly encouraged to apply:
  • — Juris Doctor, LLM or equivalent degree from a competitive North American or European law school.
  • — Admission to practice in a Western jurisdiction.
