  • 01Provide detailed legal advice on corporate and commercial law matters to clients.
  • 02Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • 03Conduct due diligence and assist in corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions.
  • 04Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian corporate laws and regulations.
  • 05Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support transactional and regulatory requirements.
  • 06Stay updated on legal developments relevant to corporate and commercial law in the region.
  • 07Represent clients in negotiations and support dispute resolution processes as needed.
  • 08Ideally fully qualified in a recognised jurisdiction.
  • 09Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; advanced qualifications are a plus.
  • 10Proven experience as a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer, preferably within a reputable law firm.
  • 11Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian corporate and commercial laws and regulations.
  • 12Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
