- 01Supervise and lead site workers and subcontractors in carrying out civil works such as excavation, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing.

- 07Identify and report any site issues or discrepancies to the site engineer.
- 08Ensure proper usage and minimal wastage of materials and resources.
- 09Maintain records of daily activities, labour attendance, and materials used.
- 10Train and mentor workers, promoting adherence to site rules and HSE guidelines.
- 11Assist in preparing the site for inspections and handovers.
