Chief Financial Officer

  • 09Establish and nurture reliable relationships with banks, credit unions, and institutional lenders to obtain competitive financing.
  • 10Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Must have prior experience in creating and monitoring budgets across various business units.
  • 11Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and learn the Saudi Central Bank's banking standards and financial reporting requirements.
  • 12Establish and maintain appropriate fund structures that align with regulatory requirements and investor expectations.

  • — Candidates with previous experience in the Big 4 accounting firms in audit, tax, or advisory will be preferred.
  • — performing teams Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage
  • — Master’s degree (MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification) strongly preferred
  • — Professional certification (CPA, CFA, ACCA, or CMA) strongly preferred
  • — Experience in financial services, health insurance or healthcare preferred
