المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Training, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • — Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in training, facilitation, curriculum design, or learning and development management
  • — Professional Trainer certification or equivalent credential (required)
  • — Demonstrated experience in utilizing learning management systems (LMS) and e
  • — learning platforms
  • — Proficiency in analysing training data, measuring program effectiveness, and presenting insights to stakeholders
  • — Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • — Leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop team members
