- 01Application Management & Support
- 02Identify organizational needs for new applications and technology solutions.
- 03Prepare detailed technical specifications and system documentation.
- 04Implement, configure, test, and integrate new applications and system enhancements.
- 05Perform routine application backups, upgrades, and system releases.
- 06Install and maintain new applications, upgrades, and patches.
- 07Monitor system performance and respond promptly to support requests.
- 08Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application and system faults.
- 09Analyze error trends and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- 10Communicate application issues and system updates to users in a timely manner.
- 11Liaise with application vendors and service providers to meet organizational requirements.
- 12Schedule and execute regular system testing to enhance performance and reliability.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- — Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- — Technical competencies will be reviewed and validated by the Information Systems Department (ISD).
- — Experience & Competencies
- — Minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience.
- — Proven experience in administration, monitoring, and maintenance of software infrastructures and enterprise applications.
- — Strong background in ensuring system integrity, security, and high availability.
- — Experience serving as a primary technical point of contact for resolving application and system issues.
- — Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
