How Tabbio Login Works

Tabbio uses modern passwordless authentication for enhanced security and convenience:

Magic Link Login

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Click "Send Magic Link"
  3. Check your email inbox
  4. Click the secure login link
  5. You're automatically logged in

Google Authentication

  1. Click "Continue with Google"
  2. Select your Google account
  3. Grant permission to Tabbio
  4. You're automatically logged in

No passwords required! Tabbio doesn't use traditional passwords for enhanced security.

Common Login Problems

1. Magic Link Not Received

Symptoms:

  • No email received after requesting magic link
  • Email takes too long to arrive

Solutions:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Wait 2-3 minutes for delivery
  3. Add noreply@tabbio.com to your contacts
  4. Check email filters and rules
  5. Try a different email address if available
  6. Request a new magic link

2. Magic Link Expired

Symptoms:

  • "Link expired" error message
  • Link doesn't work when clicked

Solutions:

  1. Magic links expire after 15 minutes for security
  2. Request a new magic link
  3. Use the link immediately after receiving it
  4. Check you're clicking the most recent link

3. Google Login Issues

Symptoms:

  • Google authentication fails
  • "Authentication error" message
  • Stuck on Google login screen

Solutions:

  1. Clear browser cookies and cache
  2. Try incognito/private browsing mode
  3. Check if Google account is active
  4. Update your browser
  5. Disable browser extensions temporarily
  6. Try different browser

4. Email Not Recognized

Symptoms:

  • "Email not found" message
  • "Please sign up first" error

Solutions:

  1. Verify email spelling carefully
  2. Try alternative email addresses you might have used
  3. Check if you signed up with Google vs. magic link
  4. Contact support if you're certain you have an account

5. Account Access Blocked

Symptoms:

  • "Account temporarily blocked" message
  • Too many login attempts error

Solutions:

  1. Wait 30 minutes before trying again
  2. Clear browser cache and cookies
  3. Try from a different device or network
  4. Contact support if issue persists
