I am currently working as Accounts Head, responsible for managing end-to-end accounting and finance operations of the organization. My key responsibilities include: • Handling complete accounting cycle including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and finalization of accounts • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports • Managing statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, and ESI, including timely filing of returns • Overseeing accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, customer collections, and follow-ups • Bank reconciliation, cash flow management, and fund planning • Payroll processing, salary structuring, deductions, and coordination with HR activities • Coordinating with auditors and handling internal and statutory audits • Implementing and managing accounting/ERP software like Tally ERP 9, Tally Prime, and Excel-based reports • Leading and supervising the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and process improvement With over 14 years of experience, I have managed accounting operations across manufacturing and service industries and supported management with accurate financial data for decision-making.
