Real Estate Lead Quality Assurance Officer
Providential Properties Management is seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Lead Quality Assurance Officer to oversee and enhance the quality of our real estate operations. This role is responsible for auditing leads, evaluating agent performance, monitoring CRM processes, and ensuring that all customer interactions meet company and industry standards. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in improving lead conversion, client experience, and operational consistency. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the quality assurance process for all real estate leads and agent interactions. Audit incoming leads daily to ensure proper classification, follow-up, and CRM accuracy. Monitor agent response time, lead handling, and communication quality. Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions to management. Develop, implement, and update lead-management SOPs and QA guidelines. Prepare weekly and monthly QA reports on lead performance, agent productivity, and process compliance. Train agents on CRM usage, lead-handling standards, and customer service quality. Ensure all work aligns with company policies and UAE real estate regulations. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and HR to improve overall operational efficiency. Proactively identify trends, issues, and opportunities to increase lead conversion rates.

Prospect, source, and develop new leads for property sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors. Conduct property viewings and provide clients with relevant market insights. Negotiate sales agreements and ensure smooth deal closures. Maintain and update client and property records in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings effectively. Stay informed about current market trends, pricing, and competition. Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies. Follow up with clients to maintain long-term relationships and generate referrals.
