Algerian Space Agency

ASAL is the instrument for designing and implementing the national policy for promoting and developing space activity. Its main objective is to make space a powerful driver of the country's economic, social, and cultural development and to ensure the security and well-being of the national community. It has a board of directors composed of representatives from 15 ministerial departments; and a scientific committee composed of experts in the fields of space technologies and applications.
